Booking with a travel advisor saves you time, reduces stress, and helps you get more for your money.  In addition to advanced training in a variety of destinations, we use our own personal travel experiences and knowledge to help you plan the perfect vacation. Our travel advisors are your personal travel advocates. From beginning to end of your vacation, we are readily available to help with all aspects of your trip. We strive to provide service that exceeds your expectations!

Most people only have 1-2 weeks to set aside for a vacation annually, so it’s helpful to have an expert on your side to plan the most efficient itinerary to fit in all the best things and generally get the most out of your limited time. Plus, you’ll have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that there’s always someone on call for you, who’s already familiar with your itinerary and preferences.

We are paid commission from our suppliers for booking vacation packages with them. Because of this, normally the cost of our services for the booking is covered. However, we may charge a small concierge service fee for more in-depth, detailed planning. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary by agent.

We’re here to help you maximize your travel dollar and help you create the most memorable vacation imaginable. Before speaking to one of our advisors, we recommend thinking about a few things that will help us customize the trip to your needs:

  • date(s)
  • destination(s)
  • number of people
  • a basic budget
  • and any preferences, likes/dislikes or details that will help us narrow down the options (i.e. active adventure, romance, cruise, all-inclusive, etc.).

We always recommend travel insurance to our clients.  It is a small fee to pay for peace of mind. This is especially true for clients traveling out of the country. Your personal health insurance usually will not cover expenses incurred outside of the U.S. It is advisable to have special coverage in case of emergencies.  Insurance rates and terms may vary from vendor to vendor.

We strongly advise booking as far advance as you are comfortable. In order to secure the best availability and most options, we encourage booking at least 6-8 months in advance.

We continually monitor all of our clients existing reservations. Should a lower rate come available for your travel dates and you qualify, we can usually adjust this rate to save you money…even after you have booked.  This of course, is based on availability.  Keep in mind, that most discounted rates will be offered on a limited number of rooms/packages.

All payments for your vacation will go directly to the supplier you are booking with.  However, as your agent, we must process the payments on your behalf using our agency credentials and processors.  Most clients utilize credit cards for all payments, but many destinations also accept brand-specific gift cards. We do not accept cash or check for payments.

A passport is the best form of identification when traveling and a requirement for international travel. Domestic travel within the United States requires a state-issued driver’s license or identification.

Visas for international travel are required for U.S. citizens by some countries for entry and will be advised at the time of booking. If you are not a U.S. citizen, we advise you to speak with the consulate where you are a passport holder.

You should arrive at the airport a minimum of two hours prior to departure for domestic flights, and three hours for international flights. We strongly recommend reconfirming your flight time 24 hours prior to departure, for both origin and destination flights.
